(The offenders shown running through an unsuspecting neighbor's house) Residents of a quiet little suburb in Stillwater, Minnesota, were disturbed by a pair of young men running naked through their neighborhood. The commotion, known as “Streaking,” is a popular means for young people to lash out against authority.
Twins Cole and Dylan, age five, were caught and arrested after trespassing in a neighbor’s house, startling the family during dinner. Dylan came quietly, and was handcuffed and thrown in the back of the police cruiser, but Cole eluded authorities for a time.
Backup was called in to chase down the streaker, and he had to be tased multiple times before going down.

The twins are being charged with public indecency, resisting arrest, and a handful of other offenses.
“The one we chased down screamed all sorts of profanities at me,” said arresting officer Carlos Zimmer. “Called me a ‘poopy butt face,’ among other things. When three of us cornered him in an alley, he reached behind his back as if to grab a weapon. I then proceeded to draw my Taser and set it to the highest possible voltage. I know they’re minors, but I’m going to push for them to be tried as adults.”
